All sales are final with the exception of items arriving damaged. All pieces are packaged properly to avoid damage in transit although should a piece arrive broken contact us through the contact form.
Returns are only accepted if the wrong items are accidentally shipped to you or if they arrive broken. If this does occur, please contact us via email at Blackdogclayworks@outlook.com, providing your order number and images of the goods received. If required, further information will be given to you at this stage on how to return the item.
Return claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item.
Please understand that shipping costs are not refundable in any case.

Shipping Domestic - We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. Pieces are shipped 3-5 business days from purchase date and you will receive a confirmation shipping email when item(s) ship. Shipping price is added at check out and all sales are final. All pieces are packaged properly to avoid damage in transit although should a piece arrive broken contact us through the contact form in the primary navigation of this website. If you accidentally ship to the wrong address and have not received a confirmation shipping email then contact us immediately.
Shipping International - Yes, we do ship internationally. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.However arrival times may vary and customs may delay the prompt arrival of any shipped items. International shipping charges are estimated and any overcharges will be refunded after the product is shipped. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
