Each ceramic piece is individually handcrafted, and the subtle marks of the process—gentle variations in shape, glaze flow, texture, and finish—are part of what makes it unique. Because no two handmade pieces are exactly the same, items may vary slightly from the photos when multiple quantities are available, including small differences in color tone, speckling, and glaze pattern.
If a listing is marked one-of-a-kind, you’ll receive the exact piece shown in the photos and described in the listing. Our glazes are durable and dishwasher-safe, but gentle hand washing is recommended to help preserve the finish. Please avoid using ceramics in the microwave. Only place pieces in the oven if the listing specifically notes that they’re oven-safe.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final with the exception of items arriving damaged. All pieces are packaged properly to avoid damage in transit although should a piece arrive broken contact us through the contact form in the primary navigation of this website.
Returns are only accepted if the wrong items are accidentally shipped to you or if they arrive broken. If this does occur, please contact us via email at Blackdogclayworks@outlook.com, providing your order number and images of the goods received. If required, futher information will be given to you at this stage on how to return the item.
Return claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item.
Please understand that shipping costs are not refundable in any case.

If you accidently ship to the wrong address and have not received a confirmation shipping email then contact us immediately through email.
Shipping International - Yes, I do ship internationally. However arrival times may vary and customs may delay the prompt arrival of any shipped items. International shipping charges are estimated and any overcharges will be refunded after the product is shipped. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
